Job Description
At Get tech force we help companies build their teams. We currently have over 40 remote developers in Egypt and are looking to expand our team now, by looking for 2 Lead generation specialists.
The role will be Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm as the main development hub is in Europe.
This is a full time role, but you will be a private contractor and responsible for your own taxes / insurance etc.
The position will be a Bonus and commission based salary + the base salary.
It will be 100% remote, so you can work from where ever you want.
Job Requirements
Candidate requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 years of experience in lead generation through various sources;
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must;
- Excellent research and good communication skills;
- Comfortable/ Familiar with IT and ability to learn quickly;
- Generate actionable leads; Able to contact and secure meetings with prospect clients;
- Execute Handoff - upon engaging and qualifying a lead, you will execute processes designed to efficiently and professionally hand-off the lead to the the managing team and track the outcome;
- Collaborate and regularly meet with the managing team to ensure information is entered into the database accurately;
- Strong proficiency in using excel and managing databases;
- Strong dedication to meeting deadlines and result-oriented work;
- Experience with Linkedin tools is a plus;
- Must be comfortable working on a commission based salary;
- Must be self motivated, managed and reliant
