Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the company.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Support disciplinary procedures and policy enforcement.
- Payroll & Benefits Support
- Prepare monthly attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance programs.
- Handle documentation related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops with external providers or internal trainers.
- Track training attendance and maintain skill development records.
- Support performance review cycles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
