Job Description

 

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions.
    • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
    • Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the company.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
    • Support employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal communications.
    • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  • HR Administration & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
    • Support disciplinary procedures and policy enforcement.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support
    • Prepare monthly attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing.
    • Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance programs.
    • Handle documentation related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Training & Development
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops with external providers or internal trainers.
    • Track training attendance and maintain skill development records.
    • Support performance review cycles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
