Job Description
- Develop annual training plans and support conducting career development workshops and training sessions.
- Conduct needs assessment and develops annual training plans according to the student's needs and market trends
- Manage and supervise the implementation of the different training programs.
- Develop, Supervise, and maintain existing and new corporate partners in training delivery.
- Conduct resume critique, SOP, Motivational letters and Mock Interviews to undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni “online & offline.”
- Collect, and coordinate relevant training opportunities, innovative competitions, hackathons and scientific conferences and share them with students with following up on their enrollment thereto.
- Deliver group Career Planning sessions for students to raise their capacities to achieve their career goals and objectives “online & offline”.
- Deliver One-to-One Career Advising & Coaching for students and alumni “online & offline”.
- Deliver group Career Planning sessions for school students through recruitment process.
- Follow up, handle, and respond to students and alumni requests from CATS email.
- Support ZC students and alumni in enhancing their skills & capabilities.
- Keep track of students and alumni portfolios and success stories.
- Plan and organize different types of career events and technical trainings.
- Develop, and supervise different technical competitions from new & existing ZC partners and follow up on student enrollment, progress, and achievements.
- Represent CATS office in external partners’ events “Career events, training sessions, conferences and summits.”
- Handle all the needed arrangements and preparation for the ZC career fair.
- Oversee and Plan different career events, Career Fairs, Coaching Vitamin Sessions, Guest sessions and participation in external events.
- Collect, and coordinate relevant internships from ZC professors and supervise student enrollment.
- Report Internship progress & graduates progress annually.
- Supports the vision, mission and values of the city in all respects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree - preferably business development; or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and learning & development.
- TOT is highly recommended.
- Sound conceptual/theoretical knowledge of key marketing and advertising principles.
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written instructions.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
- English and Arabic Proficiency.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with high-levelkills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, training, and supervisory skills.
- Experience with event management.
- Experience with Career fairs and employment.
- Experience with private sector engagement activities and plans
- Strong negotiation and problem problem-solving
- Able to work under pressure and deal with adhoc crises.
- Able to maintain utmost confidentiality while exercising careful judgment in all department affairs.
- Experience working in a University or Academic setting is preferred.
