Job Description
- Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment activities for all positions across various functions.
- Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Perform competency-based interviews for all potential candidates, and identify the best talent for the current or future positions.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other recruitment channels to source potential candidates.
- Create and deliver job offers for potential hires.
- Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
- Conducting reference checks with previous employers to ensure candidates meet hiring criteria.
- Developing recruiting strategies to locate hard-to-find candidates with the right skills and experience
- Developing training programs to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 6- 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Good Command of English
- Good Command of Microsoft Office
- Very good Communication skills
