Designing and implementing an overall risk management program / process for the Majorel Middle east, which includes an analysis of the Operational risks, compliance risks such as facilities risks, - - Human resources risks, operational risks, technology risks, legal risks.
Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current business operational risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.
Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
Establishing the level of risk, the company are willing to take and accept.
Establish and maintain all risk assessment polices, SOPs, guidelines and procedures are up to data.
Manage the Risk assessment reporting through Majorel risk assessment tool.
Support the business continuity team by performing the operational site risk assessment and maintain this risk up to date each 6 months maximum.
Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the top management about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)
Reviewing any new major global contracts or internal business proposal for any potential client.
Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company.

University degree.
3-5+ years’ Risk assessment experience.
Aware with Risk assessment best practices and Business continuity planning.
Possess over the top problem solving and negotiation skills
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Operational Risks.
Be aware of, mitigate enterprise risk factors, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legislation and Majorel Egypt policies and procedures.
Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as the job demands and travel as required.
