Job Description
- Designing and implementing an overall risk management program / process for the Majorel Middle east, which includes an analysis of the Operational risks, compliance risks such as facilities risks, - - Human resources risks, operational risks, technology risks, legal risks.
- Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current business operational risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.
- Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
- Establishing the level of risk, the company are willing to take and accept.
- Establish and maintain all risk assessment polices, SOPs, guidelines and procedures are up to data.
- Manage the Risk assessment reporting through Majorel risk assessment tool.
- Support the business continuity team by performing the operational site risk assessment and maintain this risk up to date each 6 months maximum.
- Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the top management about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks)
- Reviewing any new major global contracts or internal business proposal for any potential client.
- Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- 3-5+ years’ Risk assessment experience.
- Aware with Risk assessment best practices and Business continuity planning.
- Possess over the top problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Operational Risks.
- Be aware of, mitigate enterprise risk factors, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legislation and Majorel Egypt policies and procedures.
- Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as the job demands and travel as required.
