Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage security options and software in computers and network to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
- Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- (3:5) years of experience as Service Desk Specialist.
- (CCNA & MCSA) Certified.
- 10th of Ramadan Resident or nearby.
