Job Description
- Review daily report received from technicians and distributed to related departments & set action plan.
- Leading the safety during the constructions of the project.
- Attend safety committee in a monthly basis.
- Set shift plan for technicians and specialists.
- Set training plan & topics for technicians and specialists.
- Conduct monthly reports to determine the status of each site.
- Conduct risk assessment analysis.
- Conduct investigations in all accidents.
- Set preventive maintenance plan and apply it regularly.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day operation activities of Operators and Technicians and ensuring jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner by providing planning, direction and control of all field jobs.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in Similar field, preferably with a reputable hygienic or manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in faculty of science, agriculture or engineering.
- English (Very Good level).
- MS Office high knowledge.
- Time management.
- Hard worker and flexible working hours.
- Communications skills.
- Leadership Skills.
