Job Description

  • Assist in developing learning and development best practices and set up certain initiatives. and Research best practices of developing other employees.
  • Conducting research, reports and preparing paperwork and presentations in related people operations functions.
  • Being creative in lifting the team’s spirit engagement, commitment. culture and environment by contributing ideas and action plans.
  • Trouble-shoot employee questions. and Writing announcements for other employees in the company with updates or sharing best practices.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings (IRR) with juniors for self-reflection and insights on growth.
  • Data collection for employees performance review (from manager and peer review).
  • Updating the PSM dashboards with performance updates and Maintaining records of employees.

Office management: 

  • Handling utilities like house keeping and maintenance.
  • Planning supplies for office like stationary and supermarket supplies.
  • Planning and working Office enhancements.
  • Handling office budget for procurement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in HRM or any related field 
  • Passion for all things people operations related 
  • Proven experience in people operations in a fast paced environment 
  • Growth & motivation mindset 
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, active listening, conflict resolution) 
  • Willingness and eagerness for self learning and development.
