Job Description

  • Responsible for creating opportunities and booking meetings for BDMs through cold calling, Outbound email, Social messaging, and Qualifying prospects. “Utilize sales System”
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects “inbound” and finding new potential sales openings and outlets.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales managers for each prospect moving forward.
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas and identifying best practices to refine them to each weekly meeting.
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Must be Resilient, Overachieves, Enthusiastic, Creative and tech-savvy, Organizational skills, Active listening, Knowledge, and Passion.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software.
  • Prior experience as a digital sales development executive with a track record of achieving sales quotes.
