Job Description
- Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
- Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to projects.
- Assist in determine a budget, project schedules, scope of work and Manage deliverable on time.
- Collaborate and interact with Executive Engineers, architects.
- Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
- Assist in Managing relationships with projects different consultants.
- Managing subcontractors’/suppliers’ database.
- Reviewing and negotiating ’suppliers’ proposals.
- Reporting regularly on project progress to project manager.
- Assess the project and its requirements.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Basic knowledge in Professional conditions, specifications, assets and standards in accordance with Egyptian law.
- 3-4 years of experience in technical office.
- Experience in residential, commercial and educational projects is a must.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Revit, AutoCAD)
