Job Description
- Prepare and Management Accounts Pack, Forecasts and Budgets
- Prepare, Review and Control of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Review & Preparation of Financial Information for Board Reports
- Manage cash flow for the Division
- Monitor working capital for Division incl Debtors & Creditors Analysis
- Reviews and analyzes assigned balance sheet accounts and General Administrative Expenditure accounts
- Present Management Accounts Pack including commentary on variances against budget, forecast and other KPI's
- Attendance at monthly/quarterly reviews for division
- Ensure all costs incurred are appropriately allocated and recharged
- Ensure effective controls are in place and that risk/opportunity is accurately reported
- Review and monitor Suppliers and subcontractors accounts
- Audit and authorise payment runs and manual cheques
- Participation in Audits, co-ordinate for Division
- Review Information for Annual Statutory Reporting including Tax Packs
- Identify and Implement system and process Improvements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting from reputable governmental University
- CPA/ CMA Holder is preferable
- Solid work Experience at least 15 yeas in reputable construction organization
- “5 years” In the same position Is A Must.
- Have deep knowledge of the construction industry “civil engineering sector and Roads sector” would also add considerably to your skill set when starting out in your career as a finance manager.
- Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner.
