Job Title: Sales Advisor (Entry-Level: Fresh Graduates – 6 months experience)

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in identifying and purchasing premium properties by offering guidance and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Learn and master the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, with the support of the team and mentors.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert them into sales opportunities.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and company inventory to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and customer service.
Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team goals and learn best practices.

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Willingness to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset, with a desire to provide excellent service.
