Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator & Scriptwriter with strong experience in micro drama / short-form storytelling to develop engaging, emotional, and highly shareable video content.
The ideal candidate understands how to tell a complete story in a short format, create strong characters, build tension quickly, and keep viewers engaged from the first few seconds until the final scene.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original concepts and storylines for micro dramas and short-form video series.
Write engaging scripts with strong hooks, relatable characters, dialogue, conflict, and satisfying endings.
Create episodic stories designed to encourage viewers to watch the next episode.
Develop character profiles, story arcs, and episode outlines.
Adapt trending topics and popular storytelling formats into original content.
Collaborate with directors, actors, videographers, and editors throughout production.
Ensure scripts are suitable for short-form platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
Continuously research audience preferences, viral trends, and successful micro-drama formats.
Review content performance and use audience insights to improve future stories.
Maintain consistency in tone, characters, storylines, and brand identity across a series.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in micro drama, short drama, web series, or short-form video storytelling is required.
Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
Excellent understanding of character development, dialogue, pacing, and dramatic structure.
Ability to create compelling stories within short time limits.
Strong understanding of social media and short-form content trends.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and original story ideas.
Experience working with production and creative teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple scripts/projects.
A portfolio of previous micro-drama or short-form scripted content is highly preferred.
