Job Description
- Ensure company equipment is in proper working order and available for use
- Receive, manage, and process work order requests; ensure problems are resolved
quickly - Act as liaison between various departments and any outside contractors needed to resolve
specialized problems - Maintain Breadfast physical space, ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
- Ensure safety standards are followed throughout facilities according to plan
- Apply or assist with application, for required governmental permits for facilities installation
- Maintain inventory of supplies; reorders as needed according to need
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A minimum education of a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in the same field
- Very good command of the written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication and handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain
reports and logs - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
