- Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of animation storyboards
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
- Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.
- Increase Customer engagement ratio by attractive motion graphics designs.
- Stay up-to-date with Creative Standards
- Generate new & creative ideas in designs in brain storming sessions before each campaign

Job Requirements
- The ability to partner with other creative team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (YouTube , Facebook , Instagram )
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
- Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor and motion graphic designer is a MUST
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. , Premiere, After Effects ,Photoshop, Illustrator, adobe audition and Final Cut)
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Good English is a must as you will edit videos with both language English and Arabic
- Males preferred
