Customer Support Specialist– Fintech/Crypto (Wave 1 Launch)
Location: Skywalk, El Sheikh Zayed
Salary: 16,500 gross/month (including KPIs)
Shifts: rotational
Support Channels: Chat & Email only
Transportation: Provided
English Level Required: C1 Speakers
We’re hiring Customer Support Specialists to join the launch team (Wave 1) for a global fintech/cryptocurrency client.

You’ll handle customer inquiries through chat and email, helping users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and get the support they need. No phone calls involved.

Job Requirements
• English Level C1
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Night and Overnight shifts)
