Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for a Marketing Administrator who will act as an integral part of the marketing team providing support and help with senior-level projects, including executive campaigns that will impact company sales. They can assist all members of the Marketing department on various projects depending on priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Research industry-related topics and write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Regularly update web pages on the company website 
  • Research, order, track, distribute and inventory promotional items for giveaways and manage vendor relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and PowerPoint sales presentations for potential clients in addition to preparing for internal/external company meetings and training sessions.
  • Schedule and organize the company marketing agenda.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent research and time management skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Attention to details and well organized.
  • Fluency in English is a must for this position.
  • work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm office based in Maadi.
