  • As a talent acquisition partner, your job is to sell the employment opportunities within a business and identify the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating the value proposition of each position, recruiting candidates, and screening/interviewing each to find the best match for the business’ open positions.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods, using both traditional and digital sourcing strategies to search for the best candidates.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions in person and through email.
  • Working closely with the hiring managers to deliver a plan for achieving hiring goals
  • Using external relationships to improve your sourcing strategy and create future talent pipelines.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in human resources
  • 3+ years of solid Recruiting experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
  • Experience in planning and hosting candidate engagement events, both physical and digital.
  • Have computer skills to analyze data and determine the ROI and performance of your recruitment efforts.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent command of English Language
