Real Estate Sales Executive (Female)
Location: El Serag Mall, Nasr City, Cairo

At Dawood Investment , we are a leading real estate agency that specializes in residential and commercial properties across [Cairo . We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven female Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in real estate to join our team. As part of a dynamic and fast-growing company, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties while contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Source and develop new business opportunities. Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Property Tours & Presentations: Conduct property viewings and virtual tours, providing expert advice on available properties, pricing, and market trends in the Nasr City area and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Handle all stages of the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing transactions.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the local real estate market, including market prices, new developments, and competitor activity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Offer personalized property advice and follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, track your progress, and report on performance. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree
