Job Description
At SURGI-TECH Egypt, we proudly partner with Molnlycke to deliver advanced solutions in wound management and pressure ulcer prevention. Our mission is to free patients from the burden of wounds, and we are looking for a passionate Section Head to join our team.
- Supervise and manage daily operations on the production line.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive results.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and maintain workplace health & safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.
- 5/6 years’ maximum experience in medical sales (wound management experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasive abilities.

- Having a car is preferable.
