Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Payroll and Personnel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing payroll, employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, taxes, insurance and benefits.
*Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
*Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
*Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents and exit clearances.
*Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and personnel issues promptly.
*Assist in preparing payroll-related reports and audits as required.
*Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR and personnel functions.
Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
*2–3 years of experience in payroll and personnel functions, preferably in retail industry.
*Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance systems.
*Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
