They are responsible for researching and developing AI-driven tools and solutions to advance the scalability, personalization, and efficiency of the learning programs offered by the organization. If needed, they act as an in-house Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related learning journeys, leveraging their expertise to ensure technical accuracy and enhance the learner experience

• Design and implement AI-driven tools and systems, with a special focus on Generative AI techniques.
• Develop and optimize models for personalized learning, enhanced content delivery, and data-driven learner insights.
