Job Description
- Managing existing clients.
- Up selling offerings to existing clients.
- Assist team in managing daily operations.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client.
- Overseeing the functional aspects of the technical requirements (data – migration – website integration – system configuration).
- Training and supporting the client and be willing to do all that is necessary to ensure the client satisfaction in regard to our product and client service.
- Preparing and adhering to project plan to ensure all deliverables are met within budget and in accordance to project timeline.
- Daily client interaction via telephone, emails, occasional face to face with clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years as a account manager.
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Excellent Communications skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- Flexibility to move out of office
