Job Description
- Carryout applicator commissioning and capability studies record and evaluate results.
- Carryout testing to customer specifications, record and evaluate results.
- Carryout ageing testing using special purpose equipment, e.g. thermal shock chambers, temperature / humidity ovens, current cycling, dynamic stress, sectioning of crimps, etc.
- To ensure care is taken during measurement and accurately recording of the results.
- To ensure all activities comply with company procedures.
- Responsible for setting up the universal applicator to include calculation and selection of blades and anvils.
- To use measuring equipment to measure and check tooling against drawings and also angle of bend of terminal after crimping etc.
- Assist the CST department in the development of tooling and processes.
- Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Mechatronics and Electrical power Department.
- 6th of October resident Is Preferable.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
