Job Description
Role Objective:
- Product planning and execution throughout the fashion product life-cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Setup & execute supply chain plan to keep Company brands & products under control smoothly between minimum stock & customers demand
- Growing the product category highlighting opportunities to support Al Nasser strategy.
- Managing the product life-cycle to deliver Al Nasser KPI's.
- Range planning on an annual and seasonal basis incorporating range architecture, product mix, product segmentation and margin to meet Al Nasser objectives.
- Drive fabric strategies by developing product to meet fabric expectations and providing recommendations on fabrics to platform, position, and leverage.
- Analyzing Sales, stock, purchasing Reports to achieve company targets.
- Follow Up with Suppliers the agreed deliveries planned / scheduled.
- Handling Analysis & Risks Reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion Merchandising or related field of study.
- 7+ years of related experience in fashion retailer would be preferred.
- Experience working within an ISO quality plan is an asset.
- Good Vision, analyzing, Planning, Communication, Coaching & managerial Skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
