Job Description
- Assisting in the development of quality control plans, training the company's employees on them, and motivating them to work with them
- Carrying out monitoring and internal auditing on all departments and sections to ensure their implementation of these quality procedures
- Supervising the quality controllers, following up on the implementation of their work, and evaluating and developing their performance in accordance with the agreed plans
- Assisting in the improvement and development of quality procedures and models currently in force in a manner that does not conflict with the general objective, laws and instructions
- Implementation of plans to inspect products and raw materials, review their specifications, and supervise the processes of isolating the rejected
- Supervising the recording of non-conformities Supervising the examination of the raw materials supplied to the factory, ensuring the quality of the materials used for manufacturing, and whether they match the specifications or not, requesting validity certificates for the materials used from the factory, and participating in the evaluation and qualification of suppliers
- Assisting in supervising the production processes in the factory, the cleanliness of the factory and its surroundings, and the cleanliness of the company's employees, and verifying their compliance with quality standards. • Laboratory Technician/Technicians Assistance
- Supervising the presence of labels and identification cards on each product and at all stages of production Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and workers in all departments through their application of quality standards
- Supervising the storage conditions in warehouses, both raw and ready materials, and the finished product • Contacting the authorities concerned with quality specifications to follow up on updates in this field. •Submitting periodic reports on achievements, problems and failures to the Director of the Quality Control Department
- Assistance in preparing monthly reports supported by statistical methods for each of the departments' quality level, the quantities of production that are re-manufactured, monthly reports on the amount of returns from customers, supplier follow-up reports, and is responsible for preparing reports on any failures in operations within the departments
- Any other tasks required of him in his field of specialization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree prefer in Engineering or related fields.
- 3 -7 years’ experience in QC / QA - manufacturing field will be a plus.
- Good computer & English skills.
- Understanding of QA/ QC process.
- Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data
- Strong interpersonal Skills.
