Job Description
- Contribute to the development & execution of the annual engagement agenda by pre planning logistics and signing off execution plans early on.
- Contribute to the planning and full execution of the workplace transformational programs, wellness programs and seasonal engagement agenda.
- Develop detailed communications and project plans; draft communications and content to support platform and channel implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Work hand in hand with country leads in all markets to provide similar engagement experience to employees.
- Manage the execution of engagement activities in the company’s operating countries directly with vendors with the support of the resident teams.
- Align with the internal communication team on different campaigns and activities execution plans to produce a synchronized outcome.
- Brief the creative team on desired supporting material to serve engagement activities aka internal branding, giveaway designs. etc
- Manage & track budget per activity and oversee the end to end financials related to engagement activities.
- Develop detailed communications and project plans; draft communications and content to support platform and channel implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Assist Human Resources Manager with Human Resources strategy including succession planning processes in individual hotels
- Manage employee relations issues in the company in a confidential manner,
- Manage multi-communications calendar for employee engagement activities, working closely with key talent stakeholders, including employer brand to help drive internal and external awareness of company culture, the employee experience.
- Define the roles with the managers, KPIs, offering support to the managers for annual performance review. Partnership with managers in order to create development plans for their directors.
- Design the on-boarding program for new joiners, conduct the induction sessions and ensure that.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least 3 years of work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role that included performance and change management, employee communications and using data effectively.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and influencing skills.
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and creating a positive work environment, and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including solid analytical skills and ability and proven experience using and presenting data to make decisions
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results, exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels.
- Experience in event planning.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.

- A curious, self-directed approach to learning.

- Intermediate level experience with Word and Excel, including but not limited to charts, pivots and filters.
