- Fix and debug issue of pcs and laptop.
- Daily troubleshoot user’s problem.
- Purchase and install new software and hardware systems related to users.

Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Solid background in CCTV systems.
- 2+ years solid experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as a help desk or other Technical support role.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
