Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, cost accounting).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop, monitor, and control the annual budget, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
- Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability by product line or factory.
- Evaluate gross margin and net profit performance and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity position.
- Ensure proper cost allocation for raw materials, labor, and overhead in garment production.
- Manage inventory valuation and reconcile physical counts with financial records.
- Review and approve bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and journal entries.
- Oversee monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, social insurance, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Support management in financial forecasting, business planning, and investment analysis.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting team’s performance.
- Able to travel easily between different Location's ( Fayoom , Bani sweif , 10th Of Ramadan , ……)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of managerial role experience in accounting, in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and MS Excel.
