Job Description
- Welcome patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-
informed. - Provide general information about the clinic’s services, operating hours, and staff, either in
person, over the phone, or via email. - Verify patient information, including personal details, medical history, insurance information,
and reason for the visit. - Ensure patients are informed of wait times and assist in ensuring they are seen by the
appropriate healthcare provider in a timely manner. - Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments for patients based on availability and healthcare
provider preferences. - Keep the clinic's appointment schedule organized, ensuring there are no conflicts or errors.
- Communicate with Hotline agents to manage patient flow and make any necessary adjustments
to the schedule. - Maintain and update patient records
- Assist patients in filling out necessary medical forms and obtain required signatures.
- Ensure that patient records are filed appropriately and kept up to date in both paper and
electronic formats. - Arrange referrals to approval doctors, referral coordinator and other health care Partners.
- Escalate any problems to the administrative clinics manager.
- Reports the daily health activities.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree.
- 2 years of office work experience and an experience of clinics reception role will be a
plus. - Reporting skills.
- Well organized and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, as well as collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams. - Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Very Good command of English is a must
