Job Description
- System analysis, He has tasks to help the Project Manager leads sessions to collect data, documents, and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the departments' employees.
- Data migration and implementation in Odoo
- Instructs and trains users on the use of ERP solutions.
- Following the meetings, implement a project plan and schedule that lists each task in the implementation project, the person with accountability for the task, and the task's due date. Contribute with the entire team to get their feedback.
- Follow through with issues that are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues that are under investigation or pending resolution to the tickets assigned by a Team Lead or Manager.
- Escalate the issues and new Requests that need the Development process to Developers Team.
- Receive The Updates and New Customization
- Complete the Test Process
- Go through Implementation Process
- Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- English Language:- very good
- Various Experience in Multi-industries, Projects & Modules.
- Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
- Good understanding of business and operational processes including Finance, Warehouse/inventory, Sales/purchase, point of sale….
- Have Experience in ERP Module Implementation and Support, preferred in Odoo ERP.
