Job Description

  • Develop and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
  • Understand the client’s needs and requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal team.
  • Meet the established deadlines and revise quotations for each client.
  • Technical support for the clients.
  • Study and build a strong relation with all the project stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Achieving targets by identifying and developing new clients with help of presales.
  • Ensuring high levels of client’s satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing clients to maximize profits.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree Engineering is preferred with 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry.
  • Proven experience as key account manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical and negotiation skills
