Job Description
- Develop and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Understand the client’s needs and requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal team.
- Meet the established deadlines and revise quotations for each client.
- Technical support for the clients.
- Study and build a strong relation with all the project stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieving targets by identifying and developing new clients with help of presales.
- Ensuring high levels of client’s satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing clients to maximize profits.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor degree Engineering is preferred with 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry.
- Proven experience as key account manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
