Job Description

- Lanalou is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our Operations team and ensure smooth inventory flow between factories, warehouse, online orders, and retail branches.
- Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Manage and control inventory levels and stock organization.
- Prepare and process online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and dispatch orders for retail branches on time.
- Receive incoming shipments from factories and verify quantities and quality.
- Handle warehouse documentation and paper cycle (goods receipt, issue notes, transfers).
- Prepare and follow up on inventory, orders, and discrepancy reports.
- Coordinate with operations, customer support, and management teams as needed.

Job Requirements
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics (experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with reports, spreadsheets (Excel), or inventory systems.
- Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
