Job Description
- Manage the full accounting cycle and prepare timely financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data related to real estate development projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the Real Estate Development field (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
