We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of AEM projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and related technologies. As the AEM Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content creators, and QA teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Gather and document client requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within scope.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to prevent project delays or deviations from the plan.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with AEM best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Efficiently allocate resources to tasks based on skills, workload, and project requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Adobe Experience Manager projects or other CMS.
• In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, components, and integration capabilities.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can speak and write Arabic and English Fluently
• PMP Certified
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and digital marketing concepts.
