Job Description

  • Receiving Chats and Requests from the clients, address their concerns/ complaints and maintains the client's satisfaction. 
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management.
  • Follow appropriate responses to customers' issues and work quickly to resolve them as per the processes in place and reply properly to customers.
  • Refer advanced cases to the next level for resolution.  

     

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills “English” is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks .
  • Males preferred
  • Experience in Customer Care is preferable
  • Customer-oriented, initiator, and fast actor.
  • Negotiation Skills.
