Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will handle all corporate legal matters, - including drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice on company policies and operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing corporate governance and documentation.
- You will work closely with management and external partners to support business growth while minimizing legal risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial and corporate contracts.
Provide legal advice on company structure,
- business operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle company formation, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
- Prepare and review board and shareholders’ resolutions and minutes.
- Manage all corporate legal documentation and ensure timely renewals.
- Liaise with external law firms and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Keep up to date with changes in corporate and commercial laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law (law firm or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and company law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal management tools.
