Senior Technical Writer

Evolvice GmbH is a German software services provider with development hubs in Egypt (Cairo) and Ukraine (Kyiv, Uzhhorod) and well-known companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Porsche AG, the WTS tax consulting AG, etc. as customers. Currently, we are searching for a professional Technical Writer to contribute to the projects in digital banking sphere. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards;
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content;
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our customers up for success;
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge base of appropriate reference materials;
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement;
• Research and preparation of information in cooperation with the respective development teams;
• Collaboration with all departments especially with Software Engineering, Support and Product Management;
• Active participation in the development and enhancement of processes, procedures and tools.

Working Hours:
Flexible starting time from 8 to 10 in the morning, followed by an 8-hour workday.
