Job Description
- Presenting our projects to existing customers & attract new clients.
- Presenting orientations to existing brokers & attract new brokers.
- Providing full & accurate information about properties to the clients.
- Assisting clients in making selection based on their needs & specifications.
- Clarifying the terms of agreement and close sales deals with the help of team leaders.
- Handling & answering all clients inquires & comments in a professional way.
- Conducting the required sales calls.
- Maintaining clients records with written feedback using CRM.
- Submitting all required reports.
- Conducting site visits wit the clients when required.
Job Requirements
- International university gradate (AUC, GUC, MIU, MSA…etc).
- Must be graduate.
- To have Real Estate Background.
- To have knowledge about New Capital projects.
- Very Good Communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent Negotiations & selling skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Team working skills.
- Must be Presentable.
