Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients to maximize sales opportunities for home appliances.
- Promote and sell a wide range of home appliances and consumer electronics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and retail partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Home Appliances experience
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and retail locations as required.
