Job Description
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Reaching the targets and goals
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company's customer base
- Monitoring the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through market research
- Help in Recruiting and training sales staff
- Monitoring sales targets for an individual of his team
- Distributing areas to sales representatives
- Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Dealing with some major customer accounts
- Sharing in Collecting customer feedback
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Produce periodically sales report

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Solid Experience in lighting6-10 years with minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager.
- Leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- Results oriented.
- Own a car is must .
- Male or Female .
- Marketing or business study would be preferred .
