Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with at least five years of hands-on experience to lead and grow our marketing function. You'll own our marketing strategy end to end, from brand positioning and go-to-market planning to demand generation and performance measurement, building awareness with event organizers, venues, and ticket buyers. Working closely with the founders, Product, and Sales in a fast-paced environment, your work will directly shape how KNOT is known in the market and how quickly we grow.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that delivered measurable growth
Strong experience with B2B marketing, demand generation, and working closely with Sales to drive pipeline
Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns and marketing budgets
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar to measure and optimize performance
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for brand and design quality
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
Self-starter with strong project management skills who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
