About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights that help drive data-informed strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic financial reports, providing analysis and insights on business performance.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Conduct sensitivity and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support management initiatives and business needs.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in enhancing reporting tools and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
High level of English fluency, with strong interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Next to San Stefano Mall, Alexandria, Egypt

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Egypt Time)
