Requirements :

Experience : 6-7 years as in Interior
Design Coordinator in UAE is must.

Project Coordination:

1. Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from initial concept development to final implementation.

2. Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate interior design plans seamlessly with architectural blueprints and construction processes.

3. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Design Development:

1. Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with project goals, market trends, and client expectations.

2. Prepare detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, color schemes, and lighting designs.

3. Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories based on design requirements and budget considerations.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

1. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) required for the project.

2. Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.

NOTE : Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
