Job Description
- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients through establishing contacts and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Oversee junior sales staff and accompany them in their visits , review their sales orders and their pipeline
- Reach potential customers through cold calling and face- to- face meetings.
- Solve customer problems and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide the sales manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Conduct sales visits for old and new customers to open new channels and create new opportunities
- Contact the Distributors for obtaining appropriate prices.
- Open new deals and close old deals with new or existing customers.
- Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them with the customers.
- Follow up with the customers after the sales and service.
- Create a sales order to provide them to the customers.
- Build and expand our market in selling MICROSOFT, CISCO, DELL, HP, FORTINET and SOPHOS products
- Meet regular sales’ targets and coordinating sales’ projects;
- Prepare and negotiate financial offers
- Follow-up with the client till the closure of the sales cycle
- Maintain collection policy by following up with finance department and the customer to collect due invoices within the agreed payment period.
- Inform finance and logistics at least one day before receiving orders from suppliers.
- Inform and update Finance and logistics departments in case of any returns.
- Follow up with logistics to make sure that products are delivered on time and that there is no delaying in open orders.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Very good in English.
- University degree in preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field from recognized university is a plus.
- Proven experience in Security & Network.
- Preferably Cisco and Microsoft Certificates
- Strong IT and products knowledge
- Selling IT products and solutions: software, hardware, solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet and exceed targets.
