Job Description

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
  • Handling meetings and site visits with the client.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Closing deals for Junior Property Consultants if applicable.
  • Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, Leads, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
  • Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  • Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
  • Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.
  • The Job description is not only limited to the provided duties and responsibilities but other tasks may be provided based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Work Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate.
