Job Requirements

- Experience: 3-1 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including Sales Field, Sales Target achievement, and effective closing strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Customer Service: A passion for providing exceptional Customer Service and building long-term client relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling Presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Business Development: Experience in B2B Sales and B2C Sales strategies.
