Job Description
- Working with all company projects (Real Estate).
- Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve the problems and forwarding them to the concerned manager.
- Responsible for hand over the project units
- Responsible for Modifications and clients' requests
- Responsible for contract and other CS operations
- Accepting clients’ requests such as Deliverable and abandonment minutes, electricity requests, discharges, bank statements, and technical modification, and selling garages)
- Preparing and sending clients’ letters.
- Coordinating with the site to deliver the units to the client.
- Follow up clients’ inquires through the phone.
- Follow up with the casual workers for the technical modifications.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
Job Requirements
- Customer Service Representative - Real Estate experience is a must
- 4- 7 years of experience
- High communication skills
- Female only
- Max Age 35
- Very Good English & Microsoft Office skills .
