Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive (Odoo ERP) to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for Identifying new business opportunities, presenting Odoo ERP solutions to clients, and managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP sales or business software / technology solutions sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed Odoo solution sales targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, POS, CRM) and SaaS business models.
- Excellent skills in consultative selling, identifying client pain points, and mapping them to Odoo functionalities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to deliver professional Odoo product demos and proposals.
- Experienced in using Odoo CRM and other sales enablement tools to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and forecast sales.
- Ability to work independently or remotely, maintaining a structured and result-driven sales process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to follow-ups and client satisfaction.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for building long-term partnerships and providing ERP solutions that drive business growth.
- Adaptable to evolving Odoo versions, market trends, and client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
