Job Description

Providing administrative support for gathering and monitoring all project plans in order to meet the delivery deadlines within the agreed timeframe and budget, in addition to providing administrative support in all required areas of the department to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.

  • Maintaining a consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle as aligned to the Project Management Approach.
  • Generating and formulating analysis reports, reflecting the status and potential risks of all projects, as well as resource allocations and cost variations.
  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring all project phases are documented appropriately and progress status monitored regularly.
  • Compiling project status reports, coordinating project schedules, and managing project meetings.
  • Coordinating and attending meetings and conferences; establishing and maintaining internal and external contacts as necessary.
  • Setting the yearly training plan for the department
  • Budgeting
  • Supervising and following up on the Performance Evaluation Lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business management, business computing, computer science 
  • Fluency in English Language 
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience 
  • result oriented
